"Been fishing with Andy for a few years now. Have had some great days, average days and not so great days on the water with him. But that is fishing. As I write this Andy still has gotten me my PB inland walleye 28.25” from the Fox chain, my biggest musky at 45.5” and my biggest northern pike. Have had many toothy trifecta fish days with him. But the one day that stands out out of them all was June 24 2018. The Fox chain was at no wake due to recent heavy rains. What does that mean? Current! Who loves current? WALLEYES! We ended up starting pitching jigs in the current. Bam fish on..... slot walleye. (18-24” is slot size). It was a constant bite. Decided to move to a new spot not far from first spot.... bam slot walleye again! Between the 2 spots we fished we ended up with 80 walleye. 85% were slot size. It was my best day ever walleye fishing. Will that day ever happen again for me ............. we shall see but it’s a day I’ll never forget."
"Andy is the hardest working guide I’ve ever fished with. He’s very knowledgeable about all things fishing. With his experience I don’t trust anybody else."
"One week on Lake of the Woods with Capt. Andy is worth a year on the Fox Chain. Even with a 6 fish day on my home waters, the amount of chances you'll have at a giant on LOTW will make your head spin. Andy puts you on the fish. My first year I boated 14 Muskies with 3 personal bests. 48", 48.25", and 49.5".
